Q: Can we choose a longer networking plan?
A: Yes! To qualify for the free hardware, you must purchase 3 years of the networking plan (software) and warranty, but you can easily upgrade to a 5 year plans for both items.
Q: What if we need 23’ cords instead of 18’ cords?
A: The cost of the package increases by $1,000.
Q: What is the cost of installation?
A: Most installs run approximately $1,200.
Q: Can you provide an installer?
A: Yes, we have a network of qualified installation professionals throughout the state of Hawaii.
Q: Can my own electrician perform the labor?
